What your project needs depends on the parcel, its recorded history, the monuments that can be found, the terrain, site access, and the requirements of the agency or lender involved. We can only determine that by researching the records and working on the site. Nothing on this website is a price quote. Any figures, ranges, or timelines described here are general information to help you plan. A binding price and scope are ones we give you in writing for your specific property, after we have reviewed the work involved.

Scheduling depends on our availability, record research, agency review times, the weather, and the nature of the work. Requests sent through this website are answered during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are working to a deadline — an escrow closing, a permit submission, or a construction start — please call us at (559) 608-3680 so we can tell you what is realistic.
